If you are using the Site or Services on behalf of your company (or another entity), then "You" signifies your company (or such other entity), along with its officers, members, agents, successors, and assigns.

Conditions of Services

• The Terms and Conditions set forth herein impose limitations on the usage of this "Site" by individuals under the age of majority and those lacking the legal capacity to enter into a valid commercial contract.

• eBrandzify and its licensors hold the exclusive rights to the title and interest in the Site, the Content, and all related intellectual property and proprietary rights. Your use of the Site and/or the Content does not grant you any ownership rights to the Content accessible through the Site.
• The trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names (referred to as the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site or in connection with the Content made available through the Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks owned by eBrandzify and its licensors. Unauthorized use of the Trademarks is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the respective Trademark owner.
• Misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site or through any of the Site's services is strictly prohibited.
• All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to eBrandzify or its licensors, as applicable.

Limitations of License Use

• Uploading or transmitting similar applications that contain viruses, worms, or other malicious code or programs designed to harm computers or telecommunication devices.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. This includes violating someone's privacy or publicity rights, such as impersonating another person or posting images of someone without their permission.
• Engaging in activities such as hacking into other computers or servers, including those owned by eBrandzify, or violating any requirements, procedures, policies, or rules related to networks or the system.
• Engaging in unlawful activities using credit cards.
• Falsely suggesting or implying that eBrandzify sponsors, endorses, or is associated with you or your content.
• Interfering with or attempting to evade, disable, or disrupt the Site, its services, security features, or connected equipment.
• Engaging in criminal or terrorist activities or causing threats or harassment to individuals or the public at large.
• Engaging in any activity that restricts or inhibits other eBrandzify account holders from using or enjoying the Service.
• Violating this Agreement or encouraging or assisting others to violate it.
• Please note that these actions are strictly prohibited, and engaging in them may result in the termination of your account or legal consequences.

Disclaimer:

eBrandzify ensures that any data obtained from you, which pertains to identified or identifiable individuals, will not be processed in a manner that conflicts with the purposes and limitations outlined in this Agreement.

We will take reasonable measures to safeguard the information we collect from you, including but not limited to protecting it from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, eBrandzify shall not be held liable to you or any third party as long as reasonable precautions are taken.

The "Privacy Policy" is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and governs the disclosure of information. We encourage you to review the "Privacy Policy" to understand the circumstances under which eBrandzify may disclose your personal information.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

The interpretation of this Agreement and any legal proceedings related to it shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes that may arise will also be subject to Indian law. The District Courts in Chennai, India, shall have the jurisdiction to hear and determine any matters arising from this Agreement.
